The hotel is great. So are the rooms, the staff and the friendly service.
The main problem is outside the hotel. Unfortunately, our room (303) faced a street with various forms of adult entertainment, including a nightclub. Subsequently, every morning around two a clock until eight approximately, various individuals would take turns to come out from the nightclub (Universal Club?) to take their intoxicated argument onto the street outside our window, shouting insults to each other at the top of their voices. This made it impossible to sleep as we were woken up every 20 minutes or so. We thought it was a one-time experience after the first night (friday/saturday) but it was the same thing the night after. Unfortunately, there is little the hotel can do about it but it pulls down the overall rating considerably from our side. Otherwise we really like you! PS The breakfast is OK but please pay attention to the small details (not over-frying the bacon, freshness of the fruit, selection of cheese and charcuteries).

We are very satisfied with the hotel
The lobby and bar give a sense of luxery. The room was big enough. Great value for money!

Très bon séjour : lit confortable, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner au top. En plus l'hôtel a une très bonne position géographique

Good location
But, a 5-star hotel will boast superior amenities. Décor should be of the highest The materials used should emphasise quality and luxury. The design should be consistent.
No minibar in the room
Carpet very old and looks dirty
No high-end luxury toiletries for guests
