Hôtel Le Plaza

the staff who attender us was very rude. had to ask twice to clean the room. the bed sheets and pillows were smelling so bad. the two nighys we stayed were the worst experience of my life. there was a dirinct smell in toilet. and for a five star the bedding they provided us is laughable. looked like mental hospital beds there. it was a fucking joke for the price i paid. i will never recommend it to anyone. i was so excited for my stay. but it was underwhelming as hell.

Excellent experience. I will recommend this hotel.

It was correct in all aspects counting the hotel's category.

Personnel très professionnel et courtois, que ce soit à l'accueil ou dans le bar de l'hôtel (ex : Napoléon).

Concernant les points négatifs :

- Seul un seul ascenseur fonctionnait
- Quartier pas très secure, avec présence de prostitution
- Fenêtre donnant sur un night-club, donc impossible de dormir entre 4h et 9h du matin.

Everything was excellent.
The shower was a bit weak but everything else was great!
