Nice Service very good Breakfast.
If I have to criticize just the bathroom it is clean I am OK with it but the Toilet is old and I prefer shower than bath it was difficult to get in and out it was better to have shower which is suitable for older and disabled people. Apart from that the location is very nice and Those Girls on the reception are very hambel and coperativ Thank you for having me and my family if I come again your Hotel is my address.

Not really 5 star service, rooms need updating, and not worth the price. Breakfast is great though.

良かったです。チェックイン前日ホテルから電話があり、こちらの要望を聞いていただいたのですが、英語が全くわからないこちらとしては、大変返答に困りました。今はAIがあるのですから、これからは日本語で、メールでやりとりができる、ホテルにしていって欲しいです。メールであれば、日本語対応OKのホテルは評価が高くなると思います。

Très belle hôtel en centre ville de Bruxelles, personnels très professionnel et sympathique.

Nous n'avons passez qu'une nuit, mais de l'accueil au départ, on est très bien pris en charge. Petit déjeuner excellent !
