Hi, The overall experience was good. Nevertheless, I was disappointed to having two twin beds instead one double bed as per confirmation in my booking.beds

When we came to check in I was told we needed to leave a pre authorisation on a credit card. I offered my debit card bit was told this was not possible so I had to pay 150euros in cash which was half of the money we had for the whole trip so not ideal.
Room was a little dated, paint peeling off the wall and none of the doors to the bathroom closed fully.
The room was lovely and clean. I am a head housekeeper myself so I appreciate how hard the housekeeping team work. The lady from housekeeping who cleaned our room (sorry I didn't get her name) was very polite and said hello to us.

Goed, maar spijtig dag de bar gesloten is gedurende de dag en er geen restaurant is.

the chair in the room was a "hang-through" chair, not possible to work at the desk. Room 711.
