Great but very few gluten free options and the breakfast was the same daily. Could have rotated the foods for more diversity!

Nice hotel with good service and perfect location.

The room was a good size with all needed amenities. Front desk staff was very helpful in arranging a clothing iron to be sent to my room and very attentive to all requests.

Die Lebensmittel sind frisch. Die Auswahl für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist sehr mager. Gebrauchte Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, so dass sich dreckiges Geschirr auf dem Tisch stapelt.

Really enjoyed my stay. Liked the ambience of the lobby & bar very much. Rooms were good size & the reception staff were all extremely polite and helpful . And the room was excellent value too as well as a great location for exploring Brussels.

J’ai apprécié tout les services, nous avons bien profité de l’ensemble des services et de plus nous avons pu visiter Bruxelles facilement.
