Wir bedauern, dass die Sauberkeit in Ihrem Badezimmer wohl angeblich nicht unseren üblichen Standards entsprochen hat. Haben Sie dies direkt an der Rezeption reklamiert? Gerne hätten wir Ihr Bad nochmals umgehend reinigen lassen.
