We had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the city center. Amenities and cleanliness are of high standards. We would highly recommend this hotel!!

sehr komfortabel, allgemein ruhig, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert (Personal),
Es sind dem (subjektivem-) Gefühl nach nicht ganz 4 Sterne - bezogen auf Zimmerausstattung und Frühstück.

Had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wishing to visit innsbruck and would definitely stay again if we came back.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms and the reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the food in the restaurant was tasty. The hotel is close to a shopping mall which is handy. There were two things I felt could be improved on, the safe was placed on the floor of the wardrobe - you had to get on your hands and knees to open it and the shower door in bathroom was very awkward to use. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Befriedigend! Die Parkplatzgebühr ist echt nicht angemessen! (mtl. 360,00€,)

Guten Tag Herr Zöllner, vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, um unser Hotel zu bewerten.
Sie nächtigten eine Nacht bei uns und der Preis für einen versicherten, reservierten Parkplatz ist € 12,00 (im Vergleich zu den Parkhäusern um ca. 5 € günstiger!). Sie können das nicht auf ein Monat hochrechnen. Sollten Sie einen Monat einen Parkplatz benötigen wäre dies weit weniger. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Innsbruck Besuch wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
