The overall experience was pleasant with great customer service, always willing to help. but we had some small problems with noisy "neighbors" due to very thin walls or no noise reduction on the doors when closing them.

Very nice staying at your place. The staff was very, very polite and helpful, even when it was a lot of noise in the evening due to a big group with children.
