My air conditioner went out the first night. I had to ask twice to have it looked at and then had to switch rooms that next evening because it still wasn't working. For the second room, I had to have my key reset every evening (up to the room, key would not be work, back down to the lobby, reset key, back up to the room). The fact that there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room was very inconvenient (let alone a fridge or microwave). The internet service was also poor. The hotel itself was appears lovely, it was all just very inconvenient/frustrating.

We did not receive an invoice for this stay. The restaurant was nice, but the food was very bad. We were also upselled for the fruit, which we were not advised before offering. This is a terrible practice. Also the invoice was not provided at the end of the stay.
