Very nice hotel. When I checked in I was charged 8000 pesos to have an open charge for restaurants and room service. I was told that I had to pay at the restaurant when I went to the desk to ask why they told me it was a 5000 peso deposit and it would be returned when I checked out. It still shows on my card as a 8000 peso charge and nothing has been returned. When I checked in to the Lucerna in Ensenada they only charged me for my room no deposit. Also when I got my room Keyes in Tijuana the woman at the desk was very rude and told me I needed to wait for 2 hours. A man came over and told her to check me in and her attitude was not friendly. Also the restaurant by the pool could have more food options it’s very limited. When we got to Ensenada we went out to eat the options are very few
