I enjoyed the location of the hotel and appreciated the amenities like the gym and pool. However, I noticed a few issues with my room—it was poorly lit, one of the drawers for clothes was stuck, and there were other small details that could be improved.
The customer service was inconsistent. While some staff went above and beyond, others didn’t meet expectations.
As for the food, the quality was okay for the price. I understand Tijuana is an expensive city, but I wish there had been more effort put into the food.
We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered in your room, particularly with the lighting and the furniture. We are also sorry to hear that the customer service was inconsistent. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.
