Hotel Lucerna Tijuana

Very nice hotel. When I checked in I was charged 8000 pesos to have an open charge for restaurants and room service. I was told that I had to pay at the restaurant when I went to the desk to ask why they told me it was a 5000 peso deposit and it would be returned when I checked out. It still shows on my card as a 8000 peso charge and nothing has been returned. When I checked in to the Lucerna in Ensenada they only charged me for my room no deposit. Also when I got my room Keyes in Tijuana the woman at the desk was very rude and told me I needed to wait for 2 hours. A man came over and told her to check me in and her attitude was not friendly. Also the restaurant by the pool could have more food options it’s very limited. When we got to Ensenada we went out to eat the options are very few

Overall it was a safe, clean, friendly place to stay. And very walkable to the Bioadvanced Medical Center.

Staff is professional and courteous. The courtyard and pool area are very nice and the food in the two ground floor restaurants was delicious and fairly priced. Taxi service is on site 24/7. Our 4 night stay was everything we expected, then some. We’ll be tripping back to TJ soon and the Lucerna is where we’ll stay.

Un tanto mala, debido a que la habitación tiene conexión con otra y no es nada insonorizada, se escucha totalmente todo lo que hacen en la habitación contigua y es bastante incómodo.

Todo salio bien pero no purines dormir porque el Aire aconditionador no Servia el cuerto estaba muy caliente.

I love the hotel as always, the employees are great, but this time because I arrive early, I let my luggage on the concierge, no problem. But I did not have the rooms on the area I requested from the beginning. The building at from is the elevator, others guess so irresponsible (I like the back)
