The staff and exterior of the hotel are nice. However, the room that I got smelled like humidity, and the decor and room in general were outdated. I’ve stayed on the Las Vegas strip at 4-5 star hotels for around the same price as or even less than Lucerna. Not to mention breakfast isn’t included either?

The hotel is generally of good quality, but the gentleman at the reception on 15.10.2024 at 6 pm was very rude. Although I told him that my English was not good and that my company sent an e-mail to extend the reservation, he behaved arrogantly by saying that I had been drinking. Later, at the same time, the lady at the reception took my registration, thank you to the lady.

The young man at check in was not friendly it was around 1245 or so he asked us to come back at three pointing to the check in time after that we waited in our car in the sun and had to get ready in the car while during this time he let this American couple check in I’m sorry but I know they have early check in or at least try to be friendlier , we ended up checking in around 7 ish and he was nicer and there was a line and we had to wait 10 min or more . The restaurant staff was okay we appreciate it thank you

Staff was great from the minute we checked in. Very VIP treatment at all times. Buffet was delicious, bar was fun. Pool was quiet and enjoyed sitting out there. Parking was so easy. Loved our stay here.

Overall hotel Lucerne is in pretty good condition. Great rooms and clean outdoors

We expected a refrigerator in our room.
I had medication that required to be refrigerated. However not all rooms come with refrigerator and/ or microwave as advertised ☹️. One has to get a bucket of ice ( not insulated) by room service. That only lasts a few hours before melting.. This was a huge disappointment as others in our group did have refrigerators. It was a hassle to keep water cold and medication chilled for 2 days.

The buffet brunch was delicious and well appointed but fairly expensive especially for a family or a person with a small appetite.

Otherwise the regular restaurant fare was mediocre, came cold( soup , fries, coffee) or they were out of half the items listed.

Service impeccable throughout entire facility.

El PISO DEL BAÑO TIENE HONGOS Y SALE OLOR DESAGRADABLE DE LA BAÑERA Y DEL LAVA MANOS. NO TUVIMOS LUZ EN LA MADRUGADA QUE ME LEVANTE AL BAÑO FUE HORRIBLE .
