At check in desk clerk asked for a credit card for any additional charges to the room. The room was prepaid with Hotel.com. Anticipating use of either the restaurant or room service the card was given and "put in the system". Later after dining and drinking in the hotel bar, the bill was presented and an attempt to charge to the room was DENIED, and denied again after "checking with the front desk." We were embarrassed, forced to use another card, and left without an explanation. Poorly handled. Also, loud voices from the outdoor patio of the bar were heard throughout the night, as the patio is located directly under the room.

The hotel overall is nice. I think the rooms in K Tower are probably nicer. I stayed in the back of the property, and the room was in fair condition, but several things did not work. I had to turn the TV off and on several times to get the cable service to stay connected. There was a power outlet in the bathroom, and if I plugged anything into it, all the lights in the bathroom turned off until I unplugged it. Also, there was NO HOT WATER at all. I had to take a freezing shower.
