Muy buena. Como sugerencia, la hora de salida debería ser la misma que la de entrada.

Their was a Guest Service Women by the Name of Brenda I hope,? that was GREAT!!! The reason for four stars is that the floors were not CLEAN on the fake wood I understand that in 2025 they will be re doing those and hopefully not putting that type of fake wood down again. I used to stay in for years and it was always special but it needs help now. But the KTOWER food was Great along with the service and the outside breakfast was great ! As far as I can say is that there is and never has been any other Hotel to ever stay in but the Lucerna and the KTOWER ever.

En general todo bien, pero lamentablemente olvidé unos audífonos en la habitación. Preguntaron al ama de llaves y comentó que no había nada, lo cual me deja con muy mal sabor de boca, por que estoy seguro que los dejé sobre el escritorio

Average experience. Surprised by absence of complimentary coffee in room and downstairs in lobby in AM.

No puedo creer que un hotel tan prestigioso no cuente con servicio de café, pedí a la habitación dos cafés americanos y me parecieron de muy baja calidad
