Hotel Lucerna Tijuana

Overall good experience. Only issue was appears our room rate included the buffet but there was no indication of this when I reserved online. Thus, we did not use the buffet. However, when we were checking out it was charged on the bill. I talked to the manager, by the way a really helpful nice guy, and he had the charges discounted because we did not use the service. Besides that a nice experience.

The hotel is in need of an update. The rooms are showing their age and new hotels are opening with better rates. The restaurant and bar staff are world class. Most of my coworkers have moved away from Lucerna due to price and room quality.

Muy mala. En recepción me transfirieron para reservar y cuando por fin me contestaron ya no había habitaciones. Cuando la primera persona dijo que si. Entré a la página y si pude reservar. Llegando a la habitación olía a orines de tiempo. Muy mal olor al prender el aire se fue el olor pero en la madrugada volvió el olor. El aire no se podía ajustar quedando en 16 grados muy frío. Pedidos desayuno y nos trajeron mal la orden Ybel como es un jugo con zanahoria que parecía caldo con unos pedazos grandes que ni dejaba tomarse el jugo ni one la zanahoria. Muy mala experiencia.
