The hotel was recommended as a top tier in Tijuana, but it’s just an average. Not worth it for the money. Besides the nice looking lobby, staff service and kindness, the hotel is in urgent need of a remodeling.

I would definitely return to this hotel! The issue we had was being in a room right across from the elevator. The ding for it went on all night and we slept terribly. I would request a room further away next time.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con una persona de limpieza de nombre LIZ.
Esta persona hizo comentarios desagradables debido a qué el motivo por el que asistimos al hotel fue para alistarme para mi boda. Esta persona de intendencia realizó comentarios (junto a unos huéspedes) sobre el matrimonio, los cuáles estuvieron fuera de lugar ya que fueron burlas hacía mi persona, esta experiencia me hizo empezar EL DÍA DE MI BODA de una muy mala manera. Mi hermana fue a hablar con el supervisor en turno y esta persona solo se disculpó. Agrego este comentario para que se dé un seguimiento ya que sabemos que muchas personas eligen este hotel para arreglarse para el mismo evento y la prudencia del personal no es la adecuada. PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, lamentable por que el hotel es muy bonito pero no creo que vuelva ni los recomiende.

In the past this was always one of my favorite hotels. Now its now because of old towels, roaches, old bathrooms and lack of perks a VP member.

First time staying in TJ,
It was a great location next to a Circle K and a pharmacy. Hotel was nice and clean will be coming back. All the staff were kind and respectful.
