La habitación que nos tocó fue junto al elevador y eso la hizo ruidosa. La limpieza de la habitación dejo mucho que desear, no muy limpia y la cafetera ni se molestaron en quitar las bolsas de café ya usadas

The only reason I come back to this hotel because the hotel staff is phenomenal, they always have such a good attitude and amazing customer service. What I find horrible about this hotel is I have stayed here four times and in those four times the air conditioner never cools the room I end up having to open the sliding glass window, in this particular visit of mine when I turned on the air conditioning, it made the entire room smell, that when my guest came, they even said the room how he foul smell, the air conditioner filter needs to be changed, and they really need to work on the air conditioner working in this building. Another complaint is when you plug in anything electronic into the walls, it turns off the lights because plugs do not fit without turning off the lights, this is the same for all of the outlets and all of the rooms I have stayed in. As I said, the only reason I come back here is because the staff is phenomenal, the security guard. Juan gives advice on places to eat and is very friendly, the gentleman Fernando always has an amazing smile and high energy and give suggestions for the area, the bartender that we all call Maui is so welcoming and likable, there’s an also a young man that was working on December 29 in the morning, I cannot remember his name, but he is always so kind and hospitable when I make trips to this hotel. Your staff is the only reason that I continue to visit your hotel.

Sliding door was broken in room and never fixed so we couldn’t lock it
