Un hotel caro que no cumple con el estándar de otros hoteles con similares costos, una alberca de adorno por lo fría que está el agua, no me han entregado la factura después de 11 días, en varias zonas del hotel hay un olor desagradable, a unos compañeros los tuvieron que mover de habitación por esa razón.

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas ni de nuestros estándares. Agradecemos que se haya tomado el tiempo de compartirnos sus comentarios, los cuales ya hemos canalizado a los equipos correspondientes para tomar medidas correctivas.

En cuanto a su factura, le ofrecemos una disculpa por la demora; ya le debe tener en su correo.

Esperamos poder tener la oportunidad de recibirle nuevamente y brindarle una experiencia mucho más satisfactoria.

Bedroom sheets were full in hair very disappointed!

The hotel is beautiful but it didn't fit our needs. The toilet in our room was loose, made huge noises and was way to low for us to get up off the toilet without aid. There were no grab bars to assist a person get up from the very low toilet. Also, for our needs there was not enough space around the sink and no refrigerator. We really enjoy a refrigerator in our room when we visit. We requested a handicap room and apparently the only handicap room was full. For a hotel that caters to individuals that visit for medical reasons, I would think it would be advisable to have simple aids in the rooms like grab bars and a refrigerator for medicines.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfy, staff was friendly and i felt so comfortable there .
