Experiencia propia fue del todo satisfecho el personal muy amable y atento siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo necesario sin duda alguna que recomiendo este hotel y con mucho gusto regresaré de nuevo les dejo 5 estrellas de calificación

My Experience was very good except some how I ended up on the 5th floor in the morning and saw there was coffee. I was going to get a cup when the woman attendant was very unfriendly and told me that I should not be there! I was staying in your hotel because I am a patient at Bio Advanced Medical Center Dr. Calzada. The experience was quite embarrassing telling me this very loudly if front of other guests. Was a bummer.

The experience was unpleasant in terms of the cleanliness of the room. There were blood stains on the curtains, as well as on various blankets and bed sheets. There was also a lingering odor in the room for the duration of our stay. However the staff was very pleasant- specifically the cleaning staff. Overall, I don’t believe the hotel is worth the price that it is labeled at. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, 3 at most.

Really Satisfied, staff made me feel comfortable. Will definite be back.

Excelente Hotel, solo el día de llegada, en la habitación había artículos de limpieza personal para una persona y la reservacion se hizo para dos personas.
