Staff was outstanding! They all know you within a day. Know what you’re cocktail is, and take excellent care of guests.

Llegada muy bien atención en recepción bueno
Servicio al cliente an restaurante de desayuno pésimo atienden de mala gana puro platicando entre ellos la comida fría , grasosa y sin sabor

Great service the only thing is that they don’t have anymore refrigerators in the room

Everything was great except I believe the tourist passes is very pricey $75.00 I stayed in other places where the pass is a courtesy. I'm willing to pay but something more reasonable.
