Even though it was just for overnight, I found my staff to be perfect. One thing I would change is the food from the main restaurant. The chef needs to know how to cook. Food was not up to the standards I am used to when I stay at LuCerna

Absolutely a perfect home away from home!! Always feel so special as your guests. We will see you Jan. 6,2025. Please note we will love the same room 615.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. I only had breakfast there and it was a delicious buffet with a omelette bar. The AC didn't get the room that cold but we were fine that might be the only thing I would recommend they look into.

The rooms do not match the price of staying there. The inside of the room is very poor quality condition, there was a bottle opener mounted in the bathroom wall which I have never seen that before.

He food at the 5th floor is pretty basic, and same menu every day, need to improve
