The hotel is beautiful but it didn't fit our needs. The toilet in our room was loose, made huge noises and was way to low for us to get up off the toilet without aid. There were no grab bars to assist a person get up from the very low toilet. Also, for our needs there was not enough space around the sink and no refrigerator. We really enjoy a refrigerator in our room when we visit. We requested a handicap room and apparently the only handicap room was full. For a hotel that caters to individuals that visit for medical reasons, I would think it would be advisable to have simple aids in the rooms like grab bars and a refrigerator for medicines.
We greatly appreciate your comments, as they help us identify areas for improvement to provide better service to all our guests, especially those visiting for medical reasons.
Please be assured that we will take your suggestions regarding grab bars, bathroom space, and the availability of refrigerators into consideration as we evaluate possible improvements to our facilities.
