The experience was good. Unfortunately we were told that we would get a discounted rate because we were in Tijuana to go to Dental Alvarez and they had a contract with you. The price quoted was higher that your web rack rate and also higher than any other booking on the internet. I am a travel agent, so I was able to book for a little less. When asking in person the rate was also higher. The food with room service was great and the people were very nice. The room was fine, nothing special, no extra amenities, no coffee, no refrigerator or microwave. You can request a bucket of ice and room service will bring it up, which was nice, although they need thermal buckets as the ice melts quickly. They give you two bottles of water a day. We bought a big bottle across the street. It was a fine stay, nothing great, nothing bad.

it was good, couple of things that I couldn't give a 5 star. 1, the tub in the shower was dangerously slippery there were no anti slip stickies on the tub. 2, the front door dragged on the carpet. I do want o give a 10 star to the cleaning lady that found my smart watch and returned it to reception, fortunately I was having breakfast in the hotel after I had already checked out when I got a call from reception telling me that they found my watch rolled in around the bed sheets, and I walked there to pick it up.
