You over charged me for a room I did not owe for OCC. You said this was a pre authorization and there would be no charge! We were constantly dealing with room arrangements when we came with OCC. Seemed to be scamming us for an extra night!

Excellent. The reception desk is very kind and provides good service, but there is a long waiting at times.

Everyone in the staff was wonderful, the hotel is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Tijuana. So much value for the accommodations.
