Hotel Lucerna Tijuana

My first room in the the third floor was perfect. I had to check out of that one and got placed into 701. It smells so badly of pee and the scent hit you right in the face when you walked in.

Excellent place to stay when having medical procedures

Although most of the time there are two people in the registration, there should be just one line; so, we can be helped out in the order that we arrive or depart. With two lines, sometimes or most of the times one line moves faster or the clerk is faster and although you arrive first, you could be one of the last ones to be helped because you picked the slow line or the process on that line was longer; thus, when there’s a lot of people just make one line and help the people on the order that they arrive to the desk.

I experienced 5 Star Attention and Customer Service like never before. I know Lucerna Hotel-Tijuana has an excellent Reputation and after my Experience I see you have earned it. Pablo, Fernando, etc, all the Staff were Perfect in making me feel like a Valued Customer. I am eagerly planning my next stay!

Amabilidad y buen trato, solo cuando cancele un servicio de comida al cuarto que tardo muchísimo todo mundo cambió y se portó grosero, llamadas y acoso para a fuerza aceptar algo que no tenía tiempo de esperar y tardado como en ningún hotel en el país. Al final se arregló el problema, gracias.

conveniently located and safe neighborhood. Felt comfortable walking around any time of day or night. Close to lots of good restaurants (as well as the yummy ones inside the hotel), medical clinic and convenience stores. Would highly recommend.

Me he hospedado en diversas ocasiones en los hoteles Lucerna, y en general me ha ido bien, por eso solicité que me reservaran con ustedes. Sin embargo en esta ocasión la habitación 841 la identifiqué como anticuada, con olor penetrante (a viejo), el basurero tenía una toalla sanitaria, la regadera sale con muy poca presión, etc.
La verdad para pagar $2,700 por una noche, creo que pude haber conseguido algo mejor. Valoro la ubicación y me han gustado las habitaciones de las dos torres.
