My experience was good except for the issue with the card key being blocked. I had ordered dinner and wine, and although I asked if I needed to do anything else regarding the deposit when I got the totals for my order, I was told everything was okay. However, the next day when I left the room for an appointment, upon my return my card key did not work. Checked in at the reception and was told there was a problem because I had a balance pending. I was surprised because I had not attempted to leave without checking out and no one notified me the night before I needed to increase my deposit; or pay in full.
