Wonderful place with options for food, beverage, and relaxation. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is absolutely wonderful!

Quick check in and out, friendly and professional staff, clean room, and nice restaurants. I just wished that the room came with a fridge and/or I was able to access ice on my floor. Overall, great experience and within walking distance to our plastic surgeon:)

First time here, So after check in I was informed about the next building inside the facility that was more update. But front desk clerk wasn’t informative at all and told me to just go to the other building and figure out myself if I wanted more info.when at room I asked a waiter then a room service the another person (3 people total ) to bring some champagne glass ( I had a very expensive champagne with me for a celebration) they never brought the glasses. I had dinner at the restaurant ( not great food) for a wine list they didn’t have one, so I ask a bottle of Mexican wine and asked how much the waiter told around 800 pesos it was 1,400, not professional.Coning to Tijuana this weekend and The Lucetna will be not my choice.

The room did not include hair conditioner.

Staff was rude and disrespectful. Pool should have a heater.

We had a great experience. We would have liked for the pool to be heated. However, every other aspect was great.
