Muy buena ubicación, las habitaciones ya se encuentran un poco descuidadas

En General excelente, excepto al momento de mi registro.

I have stayed here many times and the atmosphere has gone down, the prostitutes ok but.. and very noisy thin walls.

Overall a pleasant stay. Rivoli was fantastic. The bar was also very good. All the staff was very professional and gracias.

The pillows were far too soft. Better pillows would have been nice.

In any case, I will return with pleasure.

The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Not a fan of the sink being outside of the bathroom, but that is a personal preference.
The staff was exceptionally nice, helpful and attentive.
The inside courtyard area was tranquil and relaxing.
But no refrigerator or microwave was disappointing especially with a 4 nights stay.
No ice machine either. I have traveled to 10 countries and they at least have an ice machine for guests to use.
The rooms facing the road need to be better soundproofed. I kept checking the balcony door to confirm it was closed. It was as though the balcony door was wide open when it was closed.
Make sure to have a room overlooking the inside courtyard.
The check in and check out process was very clunky and took too much time. I spend 2 weeks a month traveling for work and can be in a different hotel each night so I expect the check in experience to be expedited much quicker than at Hotel Lucerna.
