Although most of the time there are two people in the registration, there should be just one line; so, we can be helped out in the order that we arrive or depart. With two lines, sometimes or most of the times one line moves faster or the clerk is faster and although you arrive first, you could be one of the last ones to be helped because you picked the slow line or the process on that line was longer; thus, when there’s a lot of people just make one line and help the people on the order that they arrive to the desk.
