Hotel Lucerna Tijuana

CUANDO LLEGUE ME DIERON UNPRECIO DEL DESAYUNO Y CUANDO ME DIERON LA CUENTA FUE UN PRECIO DIFERENTE. ABRI UN VOUCHER PARA ALIMENTOS Y REGULARMENTE LIQUIDO LA CUENTA AL FINAL DE MI ESTANCIA. COMO SE ACABO MI SALDO INICIAL ME TRATARON COMO SI ME FUERA A SALIR DEL HOTEL SIN PAGAR. TENGO 40 AÑOS VIAJANDO Y NO ME HABIAL HECHO ALGO ASI EN OTRO LADO.

I always have a wonderful stay at Lucerna

Came for the weekend for my daughter’s interview at the consulate . The hotel had a great view from the balcony and the breakfast was very good . Definitely staying here again .

Very kind staff from the minute I stepped in the door. I was greeted and the check in was very quick. The room was very nice great decor. The balcony is nice. Room service was prompt. Both times earlier than they said it would be delivered. The grounds are really nice from the green gas and clean parking lot to the swimming pool with the walking bridge over. The restaurants decor and layout was so nice.

Muy buena en general. Todo muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda, la atención muy buena. Mis únicos puntos negros serían: las losetas del piso de la ducha y el baño en general se veían desgastadas y me hubiera encantado que hubiera cafetera en la habitación.

Excelente servicio, sobre todo la amabilidad del personal de recepción y personal que recibe a la llegada ( botones) muy buen hotel y ubicación!

Yo voy una vez por mes a tijuana y por ño regular me hospedó con ustedes el servicio es siempre excelente pero si hay una cosa que no me gusta en el baño siempre se tira el agua por las puertas corredizas y para mi eso es muy incomodo salir de bañarte y pisar la toalla mojada
