Excelente!!!! Con una calidad humana de primera! Mi esposo se enfermó y en la madrugada el Supervisor y todo el.personal nos apoyó al 10000 por ciento! Gracias por ayudarnos y hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia muy bonita!!! Hotel super seguro y con personal de muchos años y de confianza. No se pierde nada!!!! Los super recomendamos!!!! Venimos desde Suiza.

To start off, the service and staff was so nice and welcoming. They answered all the questions we had and helped with anything we needed. 5 stars there.

The room, we had a deluxe king which was pretty comfy but the rooms did look a bit outdated compared to the images online and social media. Not super different but it just felt a bit older.
Our room was facing the parking lot/ street side and depending on traffic you do hear the traffic throughout the night, but nothing that the hotel can control. The pool was in the center of the property and at first I thought it was a fountain but it is actually a pool. We didn't get a chance to get in since we didn't have swim trunks but there are lots of trees surrounding it so lots of leaves at the bottom of the pool .

They have a rooftop sushi and bar that you definitely need to check out!

Overall, I would come here again if it was much cheaper. There were other hotels that were cheaper but this one was picked based on location and where we were going to be.
