Pésima, pedimos a las 12 de la noche que nos cambiaran habitación porque era demasiado el sonido de la habitación de al lado, y cuando nos cambiaron la otra habitación estuvo peor

Overall experience was good, it was a really nice place. Only gripe is that initially when I turned on the tub water initially was brown and didn't get hot at all. Also on my last day of stay they were jackhammering so it was loud but I ended up leaving that morning

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our tv was half black when we checked in and they changed it out immediately. The concierge was so helpful when needing a taxi or help finding places.

Cleaning staff was very intrusive they did not knock before entering my room twice

Excelente servicio, muy buenas instalaciones, limpio y muy cómodas las camas, el servicio en recepción fue rápido y amable sin embargo estoy en desacuerdo que pidan al momento de registrarse deposito, nosotros hacemos la reservación en línea y contamos con que ya esta todo listo.
