Regular. Ma habitación no servía la calefacción y no salía agua en el baño.

Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes con la calefacción y el agua en su habitación. Esto no refleja nuestros estándares, y ya estamos revisando la situación con el equipo.

The room was old and dirty

Very friendly staff and location. The front seat helped me arrange rides and gave excellent recommendations for places to see and eat. The staff talked and translated my needs to the drivers which eased my travel concerns. I will 100% stay at lucerna hotel when in TJ again. I wholly endorse this place!
