No me gustó que el room Service que pedí incluía ya la tarifa de servicio y que el camarero me dijera que no lo incluía, hasta después noté que si estaba incluido ya en el ticket. Ósea que pague 2 veces

No hay frigobar, los costos de bar y restaurante son una exageración.

The hotel and its amenities are nice. The room is adequate for the price, but too often there are issues with the hot water.

Staff was great, food was really good as well.my issues were the Air conditioning wasn't cooling the room, and I could hear EVERYTHING from the room next to mine. I could hear when they went to the bathroom, talking on the phone and listening to music at 4:20 am. There was a door that could connect the rooms if needed which was a big reason why I could hear everything on the other side of the door. I also didn't like that the showing was a rainfall shower head. I didn't want to get my hair wet so it made it really hard to shower since there wasn't a different shower head option.
