Excellent stay at the Lucerna.
Very friendly and helpful staff across the board. Delicious food at Rivoli restaurant and nice accommodations

The hotel was nice but... we had to wait for half hour to get a room that did not have heat then we waited even longer, no one but the maintenance man seemed to be concerned. The room did not have a fridge or microwave forcing my companion to spend 30 plus American dollars per meal. No on ever gave us the option to get a fridge which we learned about after we were checking out. So if I had to give the hotel a 1 through 10, it would get a 4.

Nice room enjoyed the king size bed. The rooms are quit swanky definitely will return.
