Pedí café y leche a la habitación. Un día me llevaron la leche echada a perder (agria). Al otro día se tardaron 45 minutos en llevarme una jarra de café.

It was good, but the shower drain was clogged really bad,

Overall it was pleasant although the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom

Personal muy amable su servicio excelente , en habitación no había suficientes toallas, ni artículos como shampoo o acondicionador, el desagüe tapado, muy incómodo.

Todo bien en general, pero hay un espejo que tiene luz el apagador queda con luz 💡 y dad mucha claridad en la abitacion y no pude dormir bien durante las dos noches que estuve ahy con ustedes.

Hotel was ok, but I don’t think the room was worth the upgrade price I paid. The hot water ran wasn’t working one night, I had to go down to the front desk because the phone in my room also wasn’t working properly (handset didn’t work and I could only use the phone on speaker). Took about an hour to get hot water to my room. The peephole monitor also didn’t work in the room.
Room service was quick and good.
Accommodations were good but not worth the upgrade.
