Hotel Lucerna Tijuana

I’m not positive on the room number, but I was very satisfied with the room and service. The toilet/shower area was a bit small, but not that bad. There is construction going on in the hotel but I did not find it disruptive. In fact, they are remodeling and building up that whole hotel district. Buffet breakfast was great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for two nights with my family, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience we had.

From the moment we arrived, the level of service hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff’s dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay did not go unnoticed. They were not only attentive but also went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

Moreover, the value we received for our stay exceeded our expectations. The amenities provided, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the overall ambiance contributed significantly to the overall positive experience.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. After looking at the pictures of the hotel on the website and reading about the upgrades to the rooms, I was looking forward to staying at this hotel. Unfortunately I was let down by the condition of the room I stayed in. The bathroom amenities need to be updated and the HVAC system needs to be serviced or replaced. The system was not functioning properly, so the room was hot and humid. This made it difficult for me to get a good nights rest and it triggered my allergies. The tub and toilet are showing signs of aging, so they should be replaced too. The bathroom accessories need to be updated as well. Overall, I don’t think it’s a good value for the price.

Todo muy bien, buen servicio, buenas instalaciones, personal muy atento y amable, check in y check out bastante ágil.

En general fue muy buena pero la primera noche encontré las sábanas con cabellos.
El segundo día no me dejaron toalla de manos y el precio del buffet por la mañana me pareció excesivo para lo que ofrece

El hotel está lleno de olores, el baño de recepción a vomito, el pasillo a habitaciones a marihuana y la habitación a humedad.

El aire hace demasiado ruido y se nota sucio el filtro
