Excelente el mejor hotel del estado orgullosamente con fundadores de Mexicali, capital del estado....siempre conserven ese calido trato muy original y del norte del pais, vaya atencion no chilanga....sin ofender claro. feliciades el mejor sin duda

Primero nos dieron una habitación en el piso 3, cuarto 314; donde olía demasiado a pintura y tiner. El recepcionista sabía que traíamos niños y aún así nos asignaron ese cuarto. Después de nuestra queja, se nos asignó la habitación 427. En ese piso no olía a pintura pero la impresión que dejó su servicio es muy malo. No volvería a quedarme en este hotel.

Not good. Room was dirty and shower backed up. Food was not very good.

El hotel y sus instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias. Personal amable.
Solo que los precios del restaurante son caros, se entiende que esta dentro del hotel y por eso los costos pero pienso que podrías mejorarlos

The room smelled bad and we were very surprised there was no complimentary coffee in the room. The food and service was very good, but there are better hotels for this price.
