We stay there for our treatments with Dr Calzada. It’s convenient, friendly and looks like always trying to improve & renovate.

Our stay was very good! Axel gave us wonderful service!! He was very kind, professional, efficient and respectful! Ricardo was very nice and professional as well!

Calificación Mediocre. La calidad de los alimentos deplorable. Ha pasado 1 semana y no he recibido mi factura. No contestan los correos ni las llamadas. La atención de los meseros en el desayuno, pésima.

My only complaint would be the noise from construction outside my room next door. It was at times difficult to rest after surgery but the hotel was very kind in helping with that issue. Everything was 5 star and this hotel made it possible to recover in a very comfortable setting. The bed and linens were heavenly soft and plush, I had Netflix in my room so I could watch movies in English which I appreciated. Thank you for a such a wonderful healing opportunity.

My stay was good and the staff was friendly. I ordered a shuttle on the day I checked out at 7:50 am. I wasn't told until 8:15 am that the shuttle got into an accident. I was late for my appointment and had to bring my luggage across the road. Not the best service. 😕 I enjoy the Lucerna overall so thank you.

We had troubles with our room key. After 3 trips back to the front desk, we finally got one of the two keys to work, only to find out a guest was already in the room! Went back to the front desk and got another room. The room we were in was ok. lighting was poor and the room was dirty. There was hair and debris on the floor, looked like a bloody booger on the wall in the bathroom, and the shower appeared to have black mold in the grout. Tiles on the floor were chipped. To top it off, the morning we were checking out, a maid tried to enter the room twice before we checked out. We weren't even close to the checkout time. We went down for breakfast and there were no eggs at the buffet. We waited for about 10 minutes, then decided to eat something else. There were a few positive things I can say about the stay. The front desk staff, in particular Axel, was very friendly and professional. The bed was pretty comfortable, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
