i don't know how highly this hotel can be prosed, recommended 100% is not in off, its simply amazing experience, I am traveling frequently to different truistic parts of Mexico and different truistic popular European country's ... all of them could learn from Lucerna hotel employees the rea authentic l (not fake) hospitality staring from doorman, fantastic girls at the front desk Alejandra and Iline ( sorry if i misspend) also kitchen employees( Abraham and others ) , total authentic hospitality and grate selections of buffet breakfast , assistance on any of my questions or concerns, It's my new spot when ill return beck to Tijuana. I stayed at hotel lucerna now two times for my medical visits. It’s conveniently located right behind my doctors office. Staff is so helpful. They even gave me a wheelchair to use for the entirety of my stay every single meal that we had there was 10 out of 10 delicious and healthy. My daughter used the pool and it was clean there was someone taking orders for fresh smoothies and beverages. I will definitely be returning.

Debido a su mala actitud, la persona que me llevó la cena el viernes hizo dos veces el cargo de mi cena. Llené el formato de cancelación y nunca cancelaron la operación duplicada. Todas mis facturas de consumos tuve que estarlas solicitando dos o más veces. El internet es malísimo. El agua en la ducha no se iba y se encharcaba

Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations, especially considering the high price paid. The internet connection was unreliable for two full weeks. Despite daily complaints, the response was always the same: "We are aware, and we’re trying to fix it." Interestingly, the Wi-Fi on the 5th floor—where my colleague stayed—worked perfectly, as did the connection from the neighboring KTower. I often had to work near the pool just to connect to the KTower network.
Room cleanliness was also unacceptable. My first room (616) had clearly not been cleaned properly, with dirty floors. I moved to another room (620), only to find the same issue—dust and long female hair on the floor and even on the pillow.
Finally, the laundry service was disappointing. My clothes were returned with an unpleasant smell, as if they hadn't been properly washed.
I cannot recommend this place based on my stay. I will even recommend that my company EssilorLuxottica stop the partnership with the hotel. It was a frustrating experience that does not reflect the standard expected for the price charged.

A terrible experience. Lucerna and Tower K could not provide a room that the air conditioning worked. Unbelievable. And on top of that it took teh staff over 3 hours to send us to three different rooms and yet not one had air conditioning that worked. We ended up having to leave to go to a different hotel.

The manager was rude, unresponsive and just kept offering one excuse after the other. I have never had an experience like this. Whats more no one bothered to call me or email me after such a poor experience. That made it clear they care nothing for their guests. With over 10 stays this year alone, not a call, not an email no effort to regain our business.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and poor service you experienced during your stay. Not being able to provide a room with working air conditioning, along with the lack of proper follow-up, is unacceptable—especially for a loyal guest like you.

We take your feedback seriously and are addressing the situation with our team. I sincerely hope we have the chance to regain your trust in the future
