I wish I would’ve had a room that I didn’t hear all the traffic outside as I requested next time I need to make sure I’m not facing the street but I’m actually facing the pool area towards more quieter. And I still need a receipt. I requested an email receipt and I haven’t received it. I should’ve just requested it at the time of checkout. I thought it was going to be sent right after.

sooliamos quedarnos en Towers misma compañia esta vez quizimos tratar Lucerna pero no fue la mejor idea proxima vez quedarems en towars a proposito tapetes ya son muy viejos y apestan hay que cambiarlos

We alerted front desk that the balcony door did not lock three times, they said they would send maintenance and never did. Also, this stay was not pleasant as the people in the next room kept slamming their doors.

El hotel es muy viejo y aunque algunas cosas se ven semi renovadas, a algunas otras les falta mucha atención. En los cuartos se escucha todo, demasiado ruido en la madrugada.

Overall experience, the room was dirty. The restroom was dirty. The floor was sticky. The iron did not work and the blow dryer. Very poor quality.
