La experiencia en general es buena, solo la relacion calidad precio no empata, si bien las instalaciones y el servicio es bueno es solo eso bueno, se puede obtener lo mismo en cualquie otro hotel de la zona y con menor precio.

Pardon the English. I love your hotel. My first time, and I will be back. A couple of small items, though: Check-in wasn't fun. Apparently, my credit card didn't work. Twice. I knew it was good. Called my bank, all good. Third time it worked. It wasn't my card. Your credit card service doesn't seem modern. It's not a good feeling to check in and be told your card (my only card) doesn't work when you know it does. Also, I added a night, and that seemed to be a challenge for the front desk. They locked me out of my room as I hadn't paid for the additional night, not knowing it was an issue. I happily went up, got my card, came down, and paid. Small things, but they go back to how guests are treated. So many good things: your staff, relaxing by the pool, and the lounge on the fifth floor. I am vegan and was so happy to have beans and potatoes to eat! And the kindness of the staff there was exceptional. The guys at the door were always friendly and helpful. Oh, loved the pool. Pool service would be a money maker for you. I saw food/drink being delivered but was never asked if I wanted to order anything. Thank you for an awesome, 3-night stay. See you soon.
