For the status of the quality of the room it is ridiculous that you cannot provide hot water to your guest. When I mentioned this to the staff they assured me it would repaired. Upon my return only to find the problem still existed. Then I was moved to a lesser quality room. I did not like that staff tried to convince me that it was because there was a lot of rain the day before?

las condiciones físicas de la habitación en especial del baño, su apariencia es de descuido o mal hecho las reparaciones, se que no son nuevas las habitaciones pero la apariencia es muy importante. También en el desayuno, las tortillas que nos llevaron venían hasta quebradas de lo viejas que estaban. Procuro siempre hospedarme con ustedes, pero esta vez si quize mencionarlo por que no nos agrado la estancia.

que un hotel de esta categoría se quede sin agua caliente es irreal!
