Excelente atención por todos los muchachos y sobre todo manuel del bar gracias por su hospitalidad no cabe duda que son el mejor hotel de Tijuana

The hotel is very nice and staff was great. My only issue with my stay was that the bathtub did not drain quickly so while taking a shower you stood In lukewarm water up to your ankles. Everything else was very suitable with my stay.

Precio y estado de la habitación, decepcionante, mobiliario muy maltratado, cortina del baño rota,

I stay at the Lucerna several times a year due to work and every experience has been great. Umberto is always kind and great as a driver to work and Blanca always has a smile on her face. I will continue staying at the Lucerna.

Shower did not drain.
Hallways smell like pesticide.
