Not a good experience. Intermittent hot water (mostly cold). Food quality was average. nothing to right home about.

SOLO PERMANECI UNA NOCHE EN EL HOTEL Y FUE CUBIERTO CON MI TARJETA DE DEBITO, SIN EMBARGO ME HICIERON OTRO CARGO POR LA CANTIDAD DE $3932.69 QUE IGNORO CUAL FUE LA RAZON DE ELLO, PUES ACUDIMOS CON OTORS FAMILIARES AL RESTAURANT PERO ELLOS PAGARON. YO PAGUE MI HABITACION CON MI TARJETA POR UNA CANTIDAD DE 7,000.00 Y DEJE ABIERTO POR ALGUN CONSUMO QUE NO HICIMOS. DE FORMA QUE, AUN IGNORO CUAL FUE EL MOTIVO DEL CARGO ADICIONAL.

Buena. El hotel siempre me ha gustado, sin embargo el sonido de la calle entra a la habitación y no permite descansar. Las ventanas de la habitación no bloquean el sonido - no sé si sea tema de mala instalación o mala calidad de la ventana pero creo que deberían revisarlo.

Lucerna Hotel is a great place to stay at. The facilities are top notch, and staff is very nice and accommodating at all times. The have great restaurants, and the quality of the food is great.
