La habitation y el servicing ur excelente, lo unico Que no me gusto fue Que la habitacion olia mucho a pintura, tuvimos Que abrir la venta todo el tiempo Que estubimos en la habitation pra evitar el olor

The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The ladies cleaning the rooms were so sweet and so tentative to my needs. The entire staff were very friendly.
The restaurant staff were so friendly. I feel the food was a little pricey. Omar got my husband and I a taxi driver and said he can get us some prescription drugs but we were not interested in drugs. The taxi driver Omar got for us understood that he was to bring us to Walmart and stay for 1 hour and bring us back to hotel for $25. The taxi driver brought us to Walmart and told us he will be here in the parking area waiting for us. He gave us his phone number but his number didn't work. We shopped for 45 minutes and went to go to our taxi and he left us. We was going to pay him once we got back to hotel. I was so nervous, I was crying. I just had surgery and wanted to get back to hotel. No one could speak English to help us get a taxi to hotel. After waiting for a while to see a taxi we were able to flag a taxi down to bring us to hotel. I told Omar the taxi left us and he was not happy to hear this. Omar said he may not understand good. But we told Omar yes, he understood not to leave us. But this is who Omar called another time for us.
Omar helped us to get a taxi to Walmart again and it was the same young man that left us when he clearly understood to wait for us for one hour we hired him. He wanted to wait for us and we told him no. Just bring us and leave. My husband did pay him money for bring us to Walmart even though he left us. We felt it was only right to pay him. We told him to bring us to Walmart and do not stay for us. We took a taxi after we finished shopping. Two police man in their car helped us to get a taxi back to our hotel. My husband showed them our room key for them to understand where we want to go. The police was so helpful.
Over all we had a nice time in Tijuana at the hotel. EVERYONE were so friendly and very kind to us and treated us special. Special thanks to all. I would love to come back again for other services from my Dr Ortiz. But I will have to pay for my hotel stay.

Fantastic

It was very good. Clean and pretty and everyone was super nice. The only reason I did rate it higher is fir two reasons. One is that the cooling system stopped working efficiently in my room after a couple of days, and the second is that I could constantly smell whatever was being cooked in the kitchen.

Both issues were not critical, and I was offered a different room. However, I only had one more night so I couldn’t see going through the effort.

Fernando was one of the best parts of my entire stay. An absolute joy and delight to see every day!!! 🥰

Very friendly and helpful staff across the board. Delicious food at Rivoli restaurant and nice accommodations
