Hotel Lucerna Tijuana

En general bien, lo que me desagrada es que no haya cafetera en la habitacion, servicio que ofrecen muhos hoteles de menor categoría.

The only issue this time is we checked in for several days, when we would get to our room each night the key would not work cause they showed us checked out. Very frustrating.

I’ve been staying here for over 10 yrs to go to the doctor. The last few times has become worse. No hot water nor heat. You call or go to front desk they say give me a minute and let me check on it. You go back the same story. No one fixes anything nor are they willing to move you. Im now telling everyone to book their stays at Fairfield. Why pay for a room with no heat or hot water. So sad they don’t care about customers service, nor business anymore. They are going to lose so much business now.

One of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had. Service was outstanding, food/restaurants were great. Location for our purpose was perfect. We will come back on Nov 30. I was there to see a dentist , which was perfect as the location was just around the corner. My wife and I have traveled the world and The Lucerna is the best, we've stayed at. We are recommending Lucerna to all our friends. Thank you

Horrible never again, cleaning personal great really hard working and friendly everything else is bad, old, you need to upgrade your furniture and bedding pricy for what you offer.
