My experience was good overall. Initially I was in room 222 upon arrival on 1/1/2024, which was very loud and had some work occurring in the bathroom scraping off paint from shower. Was eventually moved to room 517, which was much nicer and more quiet facing poolside and I was able to sleep. On all instances the staff were wonderful, helpful, professional. They helped me book spa services and find taxis. I would stay here again.

HOTEL LUCERNA HA SIDO MI SELECCION POR MUCHOS AÑOS. ENCUENTRO UNA EXCELETE RELACION EN EL PRECIO. ME GUSTA MUCHO SU RESTAURANT GOURMET Y AUNQUE LA MAYORIA DE LAS VECES SOLO ME HE QUEDADO UN PAR DE NOCHES MIS ESTADIAS HAN SIDO BUENAS.....ESPECIALMENTE ESTA OCASION, PUES MI HIJO MENOR, SE SALIO DE LA HABITACION Y EL PERSONAL QUE LO ENCONTRO FUERON MUY GRATOS EN EL TRATO A MI PEQUEÑO. SUGIERO QUE EN EL TEMA DE LAS ALMOHADAS HAGAN ALGO AL RESPECTO, CREO QUE DEBEN TENRE UNA MEJOR CALIDAD. GRACIAS

Es un Hotel que tiene una ubicación muy absecible, cómodo, limpio y un servicio al cliente excelente. Todo el personal es muy amable.

Amazing hospitality, I had my room switched for a double bed with no problem. Only weird thing was there was a shoe print on the ceiling, lighting was not the best, and the toilets flush quality was not the strongest.

Excelente el mejor hotel del estado orgullosamente con fundadores de Mexicali, capital del estado....siempre conserven ese calido trato muy original y del norte del pais, vaya atencion no chilanga....sin ofender claro. feliciades el mejor sin duda
