I love the service and the staff at lucerna Tijuana but the prices of the rooms and the food are too high. After over ten years of only staying at Lucerna in Tijuana I might need to go to another hotel that has lower prices..

We love the staff at the Lucerna. They are very friendly and always willing to help us. It is our go to place to stay in Tijuana.

Very impressive, a little rough around the edges. Trim around elevator..
Pool needed cleaning scuffing around building that could be touched up

The hotel was nice but it seems a bit older. It was also Avery loud all afternoon due to construction on the elevator

Muy buena ,el personal muy amable y atento ,solo batalle dos veces pq la limpieza de mi cuarto no estaba hecha y eran las 4:30 de la tarde ,llegue de mi trabajo y el cuarto estaba sin limpiar
Por lo demás estuvo excelente mi estancia de un mes

el personal muy bien, habitaciones muy deterioradas... camas muy comodas

El personal del hotel es muy amable. La comida es muy buena, tienen tres restaurantes dentro del hotel y brindan un excelente desayuno buffet. El gimnasio está bien acondicionado y casi nadie lo usa. Estaban trabajando en la instalación de un ascensor, por lo cual solo había uno disponible. Deberían mejorar la presentación y seguridad en las escaleras de emergencia, pues cuando las usé por la falta de ascensor, estaban llenas de obstáculos como material de construcción y alfombras en desuso. La señal de Internet en las habitaciones es muy mala. No hay privacidad en las habitaciones, los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas se escuchan permanentemente.
