muy bien, la calidad de los alimentos muy buena su restaurante de sushi espectacular, lo unico que no me enviaron mi factura del hospedaje y tuve que hablar 2 veces para poderla conseguir pero todo lo demas muy bien

This was our second stay at this hotel and have been very satisfied both times. The cleaning staff were so amazing at leaving us "little" things, such as toilet paper folded as flowers, hand towels rolled as small baskets, etc. Very creative and enjoyable and felt "personal" which was nice. The staff at this hotel is always professional but still "friendly" beyond expectations and, our impression, enjoyed their jobs and guests. We couldn't have expected anything better than we received in all portions of this hotel, including the restaurant, bar and main hotel! We don't hesitate to recommend this hotel, particularly with reasonable rates through BioAdvanced Medical Clinic that provides a discount! Doesn't get any better than that!!!!

La comida del bufet es de muy mala calidad toda la familia nos enfermamos del estómago vomitamos y diarrea
no teníamos las toallas para cada uno y ni shampoo ,jabón para las manos y cuerpo y ni agua para beber

Lamentamos mucho el inconveniente que presento con nuestro buffet, nos apena mucho la situación. Esperamos que en alguna estancia futura podamos reivindicarnos ofreciéndoles una mejor calidad en todos los aspectos. Para nosotros su satisfacción y comodidad es importante.

Todo muy bien. Puse 4 en condiciones de habitación porque vengo de trabajo y requería más luz en mi habitación. Todo lo demás, excelente!

I would not stay here again. The room was tiny, I was told there was a mini fridge which there wasn’t so nowhere to keep things cold. Except the water in the shower was cold and I couldn’t get it warm. The internet was spotty. I cancelled my reservations for the week and went to another hotel. I was also told the breakfast was included which it wasn’t so I had to pay extra for that. The drawers wouldn’t stay closed so they were opened into the walking space. The whole experience was not a good one.

The hotel was exactly as described, we were treated exceptionally well. The staff was helpful and efficient. Highly recommend it.
