Overall, the Hotel is beautiful and operates very well. However, there was no hot water for 4/5 days I was there which was a big inconvenience and disappointment.

My experience here was awesome! All of the staff were so nice and friendly. I was having a procedure at the OCC and I forgot my suitcase in my room so they brought it to me! So nice!

I visit Tijuana annually for over 40 years and this is still the best hotel in the area. Good location , Clean rooms and I love the pool area very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is quality and the dining is open late if you need a snack. The hotel has good security as well.

Pues Todo iva muy Bien hasta por la mañana fuimos dispertados por ladrllos que andaban areglando en El paso a un lado de la habitacion desde las 8 am cuando la Salida era a las 12 . Muy Mal . Llamamos al servicio Al cliente y no fue resuelto..
