El servicio del personal Perfecto la comida perfecta solamente la habitación tenía fuga de agua del lavamanos la otra habitación la regadera y los cuartos tienen un olor feo

It was good. The people are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, well dressed. Parking and bell hops are excellent. The thermostat is dirty. Sink drains slowly. Seat doesn’t fit toilet. We’ve stayed here many times—noticed the price increased substantially. On either end of the building, on the side facing the pool, there are super loud fans running, so one cannot open the door to get air. Overall, we like the Lucerna well. The price increase however will likely push us to finding another place to stay when we visit Tijuana. :(

Upon arrival we are always greeting at the door and check in with a warm welcome by the hotel team. We cannot say enough about the exceptional service by ALL your employees in every area of the hotel! Many of them remember us by our first names year after year! Mike and I love staying a Lucerna!

I love how friendly and hospitable the people were at the hotel. The bed was amazing.
The restaurant for the breakfast was amazing. The people and servers at the restaurant very kind and friendly.
My wife felt safe for the time we were there. I definitely will be back....

Llegue 1 am de un buelo tarde para saber qie el aire em k tower no servia, me ñasaron a lucerna y en una habitacion mas cara porque nontenoa reservacion ahi ain cuando fue culpa de su hotel hermano. Tengo infeccion intestinal por la baguette de pollo qie cene. No vuelvo JAMAS y nadie de mi empresa.
