Todo excelente solo el registro estaban dos personas y una solo atendió y tardado
La persona de llevar la maleta desde la entrada no nos hizo caso
Posteriormente le hablaron y me llevó la maleta y portar traje en la mano sin carro y estuvo tirando la ropa por todo el camino
Ya que fue el último cuarto de la última torre

Lamentamos los inconvenientes durante su llegada, especialmente en el registro y el manejo de su equipaje. Esto no representa el nivel de servicio que buscamos ofrecer. Estamos tomando medidas con el equipo para que no vuelva a ocurrir. Agradecemos sus comentarios y esperamos poder brindarle una mejor experiencia en el futuro.

The hotel rooms are outdated. The room had a sewage type smell coming from the sink bathroom. The staff was amazing. Overall overpriced for the quality.

I have been here 3 times in the last 30 days. The air conditioner Stanton did not work twice, I had to open the window for air to come in. The only reason I have come back is because the staff is super friendly and helpful, I will not come back again during warm months since the AC does not go low or cool the room adequately
