1. Shower floor looked dirty. Tile was stained. Did not like the rain shower head. Not enough water pressure.
2. I did not have housekeeping clean my room during my stay, so I cannot rate them.
3. I can't rate food service because I did not eat anything but the broth, which was super hot. It did taste good, but I had to add ice to cool it down because it was way too hot.
4. Did not use internet.
5. Cannot rate value, as I did not pay for my stay. I would use this hotel again if I ever decided to come back to Tijuana.

EN LA HABITACIÓN 414 HABÍA UNA FUGA DE AGUA EN LA PARED QUE, APARENTEMENTE, VENÍA DEL PISO SUPERIOR Y NOS TUVIERON QUE CAMBIAR DE HABITACIÓN A LAS 10 DE LA NOCHE A LA 410. EN AMBAS HABITACIONES TUVIMOS PROBLEMAS CON LA PROGRAMACIÓN DEL TELEVISOR, PUES EL MISMO SE DESPROGRAMABA CONSTANTEMENTE.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are kind and considerate. Never a complaint about the staff.

The rooms are not adequate in the Lucerne and seem okay in K Tower. In Lucerne, I’ve experienced toilets that don’t flush, sinks that don’t drain, rooms with mold in the shower, electricity not working, TVs that don’t work, dirty floors, and once, poop on a door handle!

The maid service is experienced from poor to excellent…No consistency. Sometimes towels and shower rugs are missing. Sometimes the towels are there. Sometimes the towels are arranged in sculptures…some times missing.

The elevator has been inop since June.

The shuttle drivers are excellent. They are courteous and safe. They are both great!

The gym needs a curl bard and a lay push down bar, as well as a few extra free weights. A TV is missing. These should always be on, or music should be playing.

All restaurants are nice. It should be the guests choice to eat in the restaurant if they stay on floor 5. I’ve been told I couldn’t eat there…only eat on floor 5. However, I would miss breakfast because it is not open until 6:30, and we leave the hotel at 6:20.

Lucerne could be an amazing hotel with just a few slight improvements. As a frequent guest, perhaps a frequent stayer program. When K Tower is vacant, why wouldn’t Lucerne allow frequent guests the luxury of staying at K Tower at no extra costs? Frequent guest provide a consistent revenue stream Lucerne can depend on.

Siempre de negocios no llevas todo lo necesario, las amenidades son poca comparado con hoteles exclusivos de negocios, al gimnasio tiene sus equipos - elípticas sin mantenimiento

Fue la peor experiencia que he vivido en un hotel... Se trabo la puerta corrediza de la regadera y me quede atrapado dentro de la regadera... tuve que gritar y gritar hasta que afortunadamente una mucama me escucho y entro a la habitación, le pedí que trajera a la gente de mantenimiento, vinieron a destrabar la puerta corrediza del baño, hicieron un buen trabajo, pero aun asi les llevo 20 minutos sacarme del baño, yo obviamente desnudo... Fue una experiencia horrible.
