Pésimo que retengan la penalización por fumar en la habitación, en ningún hotel hacen eso. No vuelvo a hospedarme con ustedes

Mala , por qué piden depósitos ? Soy un ejecutivo y me hicieron sentir como un huésped de segunda , jamás me volveré a hospedar con ustedes

The room was very cold and unfriendly decorated. Tiny Tv with just a few channels.
No coffee maker or bathrobe in the room.
What a down grade from what it used to be! Certainly not Luxurious.
The food was over salted. The waiter that brought the room service was very nice and courteous.

Mala, todo el tiempo el aire acondicionado olía mucho a anticongelante, no tuvimos agua caliente el día que llegamos, no funcionó la lámpara izquierda del buró

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was nice. The elevators were being worked on while we were there. One day I had to walk up 5 flights of stairs, after recently having surgery…so that wasn’t great. But that was just bad timing. The other thing is the pool was freezing cold!! So we didn’t get to go swimming.
Otherwise, it was very pleasant.

Really bad experience checking in, it was my wedding room and the guys could not find our reservations for 2 rooms. Then the two of them started to argue in front of us pushing each other soo unprofessional.
My rooms smelled and I would never stay here again. Elevator didn't work. We had to wak down with my wedding dress.

Mala. El cambio sin previo aviso en mi reservacion (tipo de habitacion) fue frustante. ademas tener que esperar a que pudieran conseguir una cama extra. El personal de recepcion al momento de check-out tuvo una atencion ruda,
