The experience is fine. The only complaint I experienced was about a 4 inch roach 🪳 in my bedroom… I only stayed one night. I definitely also thought the pricing could’ve been more reasonable.

Nice experience as always, no problems at all, my husband and I have always enjoyed staying at the best hotel in Tijuana, it has been many years, my mother in law Maria Wasser introduced us to your hotel.

Era una habitación que compartía puerta con otra habitación y el ruido de la habitación continúa era demasiado.
Ruidos de exterior no se escuchaban solo el de la habitación que compartía puerta

Next door neighbor was very loud, We had the person trying to open the door that was next to us and kept knocking. Even had them looking under the door. I advised staff at the receptionist downstairs. I requested to be move to a different room but was said everything was full.
