There was a delay in my check in, but not big deal. I originally had a room on the second floor, and found a pretty severe cleaning error, but that was immediately taken care of buy the front desk . I didn't expect an upgrade , just a new, clean room, but was given a better room and from now on will upgrade to that floor. The lady who was at the front desk on 7/17 was above and beyond professional. Thank you so much .

Las habitaciones que están al fondo tienen cucarachas, cuando desperté había una cucaracha muerta en la alfombra, el baño huele muy mal

Estuvo muy bien todo, solo faltó algo de limpieza en las alfombras de los pasillos y en la habitación no logramos que el AC se prendiera en modo frío, solo cuando le pusimos ventilador, prendió.

Generally it's very good. Ac could use some help. We stay there a lot and it's usually pretty good

The property is very nice and relaxing, but the rooms need some updating. The tub had black mold around the edges, the baseboards in the room need a wipe and paint!
