Muy buena, casi excelente el único inconveniente es que había solamente un elevador funcionando por que el otro está en remodelación, lo cual es muy bueno. Mi única recomendación es que cambien la regadera de la ducha, sale muy poca agua, yo creo que están ocluidos los orificios por que de algunos de plano no sale agua y de otros salen gotas

There was construction being done at the hotel while I was staying there. It was so loud that I couldn’t make phone calls and hear, my friend and I were yelling to each other and could not hear each other. It shook our rooms and was relentless until 9:30 pm. All day and way too late at night. There was never a manager available to speak to and they didn’t move our rooms or discount our stay. I’m very upset at the service that was provided. We were there for medical treatments and require REST afterwards but we could not even be in our rooms because the noise level was astronomical.
While eating in the restaurant there was a man yelling obscenities and anti-white slurs. Absolutely horrible and threatening things. It went on for at least 30 minutes and he was not asked to quiet down or leave. We asked for our check and it took 20 minutes to get it while we were being berated and yelled at for being Caucasian. It was a very frightening experience but again there was not a manager available to speak to us.
I have stayed at Lucerna 4 times this year and was planning on staying there every four months when I return for treatments but I think I will look at all my options before I stay there again.

I stay at this hotel every 3-4 months when I come to Tijuana for medical treatment. This trip I was so disappointed. There is construction on the elevator and they put me in a room right next to the elevator. The construction was so loud my room was shaking, I couldn’t hear the tv, I couldn’t talk on the phone it was so loud. One night they started jack hammering at 7:30pm when I was getting ready for bed! They continued until 8:40pm!!!
No one on the staff notified us of construction. They should have never put me in a room directly next to it. When I finally complained they said there was no manager to talk to and I was ignored. I cannot believe you would rent the room full price with these conditions.

Also, one night we ate dinner in the restaurant that’s located in the lobby. A customer who was eating, was drunk and extremely belligerent. He yelled the F word and racist comments for over 30 minutes and no one on staff removed him from the premises. I could t believe they would let someone act this way in front of other diners.

I will reconsider ever coming here again on my next trip

Terrible, hace muchos años siempre me quedaba ahí; en los últimos viajes la agencia de la empresa para la que trabajo nos hospedaba en otro, yo pedí el Lucerna, pero ahora me arrepiento. La habitación apestaba horrible; el ruido de las remodelaciones, el día de mi salida no había luz, me bañé a oscuras y bajé por las escaleras, nos cobraron doble en el check out. Espero les sirvan mis comentarios para que no pierdan más clientes. Yo definitivamente nunca voy a regresar; afortunadamente hoy hay más oferta y mucho más moderna.

The power went out in the whole hotel Thursday morning so I was not able to get hot coffee or use the gym in the morning. The good thing I packed the majority of my clothes the night before helped. Taking a shower, getting ready by, packing by the light of my phone is not away to wake up in the morning. Also walking down 5 flights of stairs with recently operated knee was not pleasurable..

El personal muy atento y amable pero las camas así como la habitación dio mucho que desear ya que pensaba encontrar todo Perfecto lo cual muy lejos de serlo. Me he hospedado en varios hoteles en Tijuana solo por mencionar (City Express Junior by Marriott, Hampton Inn by Hilton)
