Hotel Lucerna Tijuana

Terrible! I was told the room I paid for had two queen size beds. It turns out the beds where standard/full size. I come here every time I visit Tijuana with my family we always have the same issues, beds are to small and the AC u it’s are not always working. We feel robbed, we were up sold on a room that we didn’t get. The front desk lady name Mayra tried arguing with us and telling us the beds were queen size. We asked to come to our room so she could verify herself. She refused to come see the room. We did later get a price for a regular room. But in all honesty it’s starting to be a disappointment staying at this hotel.

Overall it was a good experience I just felt the room old & the furniture was a bid damaged.

Soy colaborador de la empresa, y parte de nuestra funcion es observar areas de oportunidad. La verdad solo llegamos para descansar y salir temprano al dia siguiente. Esto es lo que logre observar:
- El internet muy bien a pesar de estar en la ultima abitacion, vimos netflix en la tv sin problema, mis hijos se conectaron sin problema.
- Las camas excelentes
- El aire acondicionado no funcionó, llame a servicio lucerna y muy amablemente me enviaron a un compañero de mantenimiento, le explique la situacion y abrio la valvula para que pasara el agua por la manejadora (por aparente bloqueo), pero eso aun siguio sin resolver el caso. Toda la noche el AC no funciono, aun en la mañana al apagar el aire que de 24.5 logro bajar a 22.5, el ruido de una gotera en el area de la maneradora siguio. Considero que seria bueno que lo revisaran a detalle para que no pase con otros huespedes.
- La habitacion estaba comunicada y nos toco la suerve de que los vecinos durmieron con la tv a volumen alto y fue hasta las 5:30 AM que se despertaron y apagaron su TV para ya irse (supongo a su trabajo). El tema de TVs con volumen alto en habitaciones comunicadas creo que tambien puede ser un punto a analizar, lo dejo a sus consideraciones.

The customer service was great!! The only issues we had was not enough bath towels, the telephone was not working properly and the value of the money is horrible.

One of the worse experience ever. We have been staying with Lucerna (TIJUANA) for over 8 years. The rooms, the service and management has decreased tremendously! We will be looking else where for our next vacation for sure!
