We booked a room for my daughter after her elective surgery in Tijuana. My daughter had complications and was not released from the hospital. When I notified the hospital they would not work with us. They would not work with us and refused to let me speak with anyone but the call center person. I emailed and did not receive any response. I found this very disheartening as the hotel receives business from the hospital and should put customer health above all things. They didn’t offer letting us stay when she was released or refunding any of the charges. They weren’t interested in the customer at all and were very inflexible and unwilling to work with us during this very stressful time. Shame i buoy Hoteles Lucerna!
